| Notice is hereby given that a special town meeting of the electors of the Town of Manitowoc, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, will be held in the town at the Manitowoc Town Hall, 1822 Silver Creek Road, Manitowoc, WI 54220 on the 6th day of December, 2021 immediately following the completion of the Public Hearing on the proposed 2022 town budget which begins at 7:00p.m. for the following purposes: |
| 1. To authorize the use of carry-over tax levy capacity from the prior year as determined by the Department of Revenue and as approved by the town board via Resolution No.2021-2 adopted pursuant to s. 66.0602(3)(f)3c, Wis. Statutes |
| 2. To approve the 2018 Town Tax Levy to be collected in 2022 pursuant to s. 60.10(1)(a) of Wis Statutes-Resolution 2021-3 |
