Meeting Minutes

December 5, 2011

TOWN BOARD MEETING

The regular monthly meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Manitowoc was held December 5, 2011, at the fire station and town hall. The meeting was called to order at 7:30 p.m. by Chairman, Dale Markwardt. Present were Dale Markwardt, George Luebke, James Anhalt, Guy Gustafson and Caroline Sonnenburg.

Chairman, Dale Markwardt, asked if there were any questions or corrections to the minutes of the November meeting. Chairman Markwardt declared the minutes to stand approved.

George Luebke made a motion that the board accept the following individuals for election inspectors for the term of office which will run from January 1, 2012 through December 31, 2013: Jeanette Junk, Carole Anhalt, Elizabeth Swadner, Leslie Markwardt, Jo Ann Skarivoda, Neil Erickson, Edwin Skarivoda, Helen Cichantek and Rosemary Skubal. Seconded by James Anhalt.

The town board has decided to accept the policy for reimbursements for 2012.

The board decided that there would be no charge for obtaining a permit to install a solid fuel-fired outdoor heating device.

The next month's meeting will be January 9th, 2012.

There being no other business to come before the board, a motion was made by James Anhalt and seconded by George Luebke to pay the bills and to adjourn. The meeting adjourned at 7:54 p.m.
